After graduating from McAlester High School in 1978, Brad Miller continued his education at East Central University in Ada where he earned a BA, with Distinction, in Law Enforcement in 1982. Shortly after, he married Becky and they moved to Norman so that he could attend law school. Brad graduated with Honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1985.
Brad has lived in Norman with Becky for over 38 years. Their youngest daughter Amy has recently entered private practice after serving the last few years as a prosecutor in the Cleveland County District Attorney’s Office. Their eldest daughter Erin is a Pharmacist in OKC. With their husbands, they operate The Meating Place restaurant in downtown Norman. Brad and Becky’s son Drew lives in Tulsa with his wife and their children Vivian and Jacob. Brad and Becky have traveled extensively in the U.S. and abroad. They enjoy being at the lake with their family, boating, hiking, and all things outdoors. Brad is also an avid cyclist.
With many years’ experience as a former Oklahoma County prosecutor, Brad has tried over 200 cases in state and federal court over the past 35 years. When asked, the thing he enjoys most about practicing law is helping people find solutions to their legal problems, making the best out of situations that might have seemed impossible.
